Working together with you we create a well designed space that says "you". I particularly enjoy this because not every house is the same, nor are two individuals styles the same, so every project is unique. What I love most is combining trending looks with each clients personal style for a classic, timeless look. Combining old and new such as blending a family heirloom piece with more of a modern look creates homes that are original and not just your "cookie cutter" mold of a house. ABOUT ME
Designing and decorating have always been passions of mine, followed closely by an obsessive shopping disorder. It's a sickness really, yet I have found that these two components work beautifully together when it comes to finding the widest selection of unique quality pieces for the best prices. I realized I could pursue this professionally when friends and family would consult me about remodeling or decorating their homes. What better way to combine my passions and help others full time!
Since I was 18, I have been involved in many aspects of real estate, whether flipping, staging, selling, or investing. This has given me a huge advantage in knowing how to assess each project from all stand-points. I work with all types of clients, from investors looking to get the highest returns on their flips to those needing advice on flooring, light fixtures, and paint colors or homeowners who want everything from floor to ceiling in their million dollar beach houses. I love taking on any new challenge, paying attention to every detail as if it were my own home.

STAGING SERVICES
VACANT HOMES OR NEW CONSTRUCTION
We offer consultations for $100 where after viewing the property, will give a written list of recommendations. You can then choose to do it yourself, or leave the stress to us and apply the $100 to hire us to create a look that will have you receiving multiple higher priced offers instantly. Professional pictures are also included.
OCCUPIED HOMES
For $250 we will set up a consultation with you and go through each room to create a custom recommendation checklist and staging plan working with as much of your existing furniture as we can to make selling as smooth a transaction as possible. You can then choose to do it yourself or hire us to do a complete job including professional photographs.
